Steward AI Labs operates Steward and is the controller of personal data processed for account creation, product access, support, security, and product improvement, unless otherwise stated.

We may collect account information such as name, email address, organization details, login credentials, and authentication records; customer support messages; invoice and workflow information you add to Steward; product usage and telemetry; device and browser information; IP address; and security logs.

We use personal data to create and administer accounts, provide Steward, draft and manage invoice follow-up workflows, secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, improve product functionality, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process personal data under legal bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure business software service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may share personal data with service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and operate Steward; professional advisers such as legal or accounting providers; authorities where required by law; and Paddle as Merchant of Record for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, customer service inquiries, and returns.

Payment-related data is processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Steward, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it according to operational and legal requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and operational safeguards. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Steward may use essential cookies or local storage for authentication, security, and service operation. We may also use analytics or diagnostic technologies to understand product performance and improve the service. You can manage browser-level cookie settings in your browser, but blocking essential storage may affect functionality.
